What services do you provide? We provide personal care, household help, companion care, and respite care. Services can be adjusted to fit the client's needs and daily routine.
Do you offer an intake assessment? Yes. We begin with an intake assessment to learn more about the client's needs, preferences, and schedule before care begins. This helps us recommend the best service plan.
How do I get started? You can schedule an intake assessment, reply to our email, or call our office. Once we speak with you, we will guide you through the next steps.
What is the minimum amount of care I can book? Visits require a minimum of 4 hours per day, with a minimum weekly commitment of 8 hours. We can provide short visits, daily help, weekly care, or ongoing monthly support depending on your needs and schedule.
Are care plans customized? Yes. Every client receives care based on their own needs, routine, and level of support — care is tailored, not one-size-fits-all.
Can the schedule change later? Yes. If your needs change, we can review and update the care plan as needed.
-
Are your caregivers trained? Yes. In addition to initial qualification requirements, our caregivers complete at least 12 hours of in-service training and education every year, consistent with Virginia home care licensure standards.
What does ongoing training cover? Training topics are chosen to keep skills current and client care safe and consistent — commonly including areas like safe body mechanics, infection control, communication, and recognizing changes in a client's condition.

Private Pay We don't accept health insurance, Medicare, or Medicaid, since our services focus on personal care and daily living support rather than medical treatment.
Long-Term Care Insurance Many families use a long-term care insurance policy to help cover the cost of in-home care. If your loved one has one, check with their Power of Attorney or insurance broker to see what's covered.
Let's Talk Every family's situation is different. Contact us and we'll help you find a payment plan that fits your budget.

What if I need to cancel a scheduled visit? Notice of at least 24 hours is required to cancel or reschedule without charge.
What happens if I cancel with less than 24 hours' notice? The full cost of that shift will be charged, since your caregiver's time was already reserved and could not be reassigned to another client.
Can I stop services at any time? Yes. Provide written notice to discontinue care. Any remaining deposit balance — minus care delivered and any late-cancellation charges — will be refunded.
